Since 1994, I have been helping families and businesses in Nebraska City and surrounding communities with their financial planning goals.  As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, CFP®, I have the necessary education and experience that is absolutely critical in developing your financial road map. 

Born and raised in Watertown, South Dakota, I learned some very valuable life lessons.  Living on a farm, and being taught that hard work and respect for others will get you started in the right direction, was some of the best advice I could have ever received.  My parents, Dean and Marilyn, live in Nebraska City and I have two brothers, Aaron and Wyatt, and a sister, Angie.

As for my immediate family, my wife Jenny and I have been blessed with three beautiful children; Drew, Madison, and Jayden.  Jenny was raised in the Lorton area and we are very fortunate to have her family close by.  We love the outdoors; golf, camping and hunting are some of our favorite things to do.  Attending our children's activities keep us extremely busy all year around also.   I am on the local Ducks Unlimited committee, St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Board, and a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Nebraska City Volunteer Fire Department.
